New Delhi, Feb. 19: In the Assembly to-day, a full dress debate took place on what all sides of the House was regarded as a matter of vital importance to India. It was raised by Mr. Venkatapathi Raju who urged that necessary funds be set apart for the establishment of a Military College in India.
